Varietal: 70% Corvina and Corvinone, 20% Rondinella,
10% Croatina and Oseleta
Winemaking: 40% of the grapes undergo a 30 days drying period.
Short criomaceration followed by a 12 days fermentation in
stainless steel. Matured in Slavonian oak tonneaux for 15 months.
Alcohol: 15%
