Pinerolese Ramie

Appellation: Pinerolese Ramie DOC
Varietal: 30% Avana’, 20% Chatus, 20% Bequet, 15% Avarengo, 15% Barbera.
Winemaking: Guyot and alberello training system. Rocky and marny soil. Hand-harvested between late September and early October. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, malolactic fermentation induced by heating of the cellar. Bottled after 2 years in vats without clarification or filtration.
Alcohol: 13.50%
