Winemaking: Alberello (bush-vine) system. Red earth and sandy soil.  6500 vines per hectare. Yields: 40 quintals per hectare. Cold fermentation lasting 8 to 10 days. After the malolactic fermentation takes place, the wine is aged for one year in barriques.
