Appellation: Lazio IGT
Varietal: Grenache, Syrah, Carignane, Malvasia Nera
Winemaking: 11,000 vines per hectare, alberello system. Hand harvested in late September. Destemmed, pressed and fermented in stainless steel, 15 days maceration. Aged separately for 20 months in new French barriques, then assembled in different proportions, according to the characteristics of the vintage.
