Varietal: 100% Grechetto Rosso
Winemaking: Volcanic soil, 450 meters above sea level, 5000 vines per hectare,  spurred cordon system, south facing. Less than 2 kilos of grapes per plany. Hand harvested in the decond week of October. 10 day maceration at 25 degrees Celsius temperature. Matured in stainless steel vats until July when it is bottled.
