Varietal: Organically farmed doughnut peaches.
Distilling method: A puree is made from the peaches then is brought to fermentation and distilled in a ”bain-marie” (double boiler”) Muller’s Pot Still. Ultimately about 60 pounds of peaches turn into 1 liter of distillate.
