Varietal: 100% Pinot Nero
Winemaking: Volcanic soil rich in minerals, 300 meters above sea level. Guyot system, 5000 vines per hectare. Hand harvested in the first week of September, less than 1 kilo of grapes per vine. Fermented in tronconical barrels for 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Matured 2 years in oak and 1 year in the bottle before release.
