Varietal: Organically farmed Pears Williams grown in Alto Adige.
Distilling method: A puree is made from the pears then is brought to fermentation and distilled in a ”bain-marie” (double boiler”) Muller’s Pot Still. Ultimately about 100 pounds of pears turn into 4 liters of distillate.
Alcohol: 41%
