Appellation: Alta Valle della Greve IGT
Varietal: 30% Chardonnay, 30% Trebbiano Toscano, 30% famoso
Winemaking: Guyot and Alberello training system. Rocky and marny soil. Hand-harvested between late September and early October. The grapes are pressed in a full cluster, not destemmed. Fermented in steel, aged for 9 months in 3 228 liter used barriques and 1 new, the rest in stainless steel.
