Varietal: blonde, double malt beer artisanally brewed in Friuli.
Distilling method: slow, discontinuous distillation in a bain-marie (double boiler alembic). 100 liters of beer are turned into 6 liters of distillate after 2 distillations.
Alcohol: 41%
