Winemaking: The soil is a mixture of sand and clay. 20 to 40 years old vines. 6000 bush vines per hectare. The vines are manually harvested in the first week of October. The temperature-controlled maceration lasts 8 to 10 days. The wine is then aged in French oak for 6 months.
