Winemaking: 20 year old vines trained in a spurred cordon system on the hills facing the Adriatic sea, near Silvi Marina in the province of Teramo. The first press grapes are fermented with native yeasts in 10 year old barriques where the wine rests for 12 months. Bottled, through gravity, without filtration.
