Varietal: 50% Ribolla Gialla, 40% Friulano, 10% Ribolla Malvasia
Winemaking: Kristian Keber’s project in Slovenia where an old vineyard of his grandfather still stands. The full cluster grapes are fermented with native yeasts in concrete vats where they are left to macerat for 1 to 5 months. The wine then ages for at least 1 year in oak barrels.
