Winemaking: Clay-limestone soil. The average age of vines 10 years.
Harvested in the beginning of October. The yeld is 50 hl x hectare. Fermented in stainless steel and matured 6 months in large oak casks
and used barriques where the malolactic fermentation takes place.
Bottled in July, rekeased one year after harvest.
