Gravelly/clay soil. 10,000 vines per hectare trained at Guyot and Spurred cordon system. fermented in stainless steel, matured 1 year in used barriques. The wine is named 1480, the beginning, the year in which the Odoardi family settled in Calabria, arriving from Germany.
