Winemaking: Clay-limestone soil. The highest, south-facing vineyard in Canale that once belonged to the count of Loreto. Harvested in mid-October.
The yield is 45 hl x hectare. Stainless steel fermented, it matures in oak barrels for 12/15 months.
Bottled in March.
