Appellation: Barbera d’Alba DOC Vintage: 2016 Varietal: 100% Barbera Winemaking: Clay-limestone soil. Average age of vines 10 years. Harvested in the beginning of October. The yeld is 50 hl x hectare. Fermented in stainless steel and matured 6 months in large oak casks and used barriques where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Bottled in July, rekeased one year after harvest. Alcohol: 14% Bottle size: 750ml Bottles produced: 6000 |
