Winemaking: The soil is a mixture of sand and clay. 20 to 40 years old vines. 6000 bush vines per hectare. The vines are manually harvested in the first week of October. The temperature controlled maceration lasts 8 to 10 days. The wine is then aged in French oak for 6 months.
