Winemaking: The vineyard sits at 390 meters above sea level, 4500 plants per hectare. Sand, limestone and clay soil. Hand harvested on October 7, 2010. Stainless steel fermentation, 36 days skin contact. Malolactic fermentation in wood and 29 months aging is used barriques. 12 months in the bottle before release.
