Varietal: 70% Nebbiolo, 20% Vespolina, 10% Croatina.
Winemaking: The vineyard sits at 350 meters above sea level. Sand, limestone and clay soil. Hand harvested on October 6, 2010. Fermented in stainless steel, 16 days skin contact. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged 21 months in used barriques and 12 months in the bottle before release.
